Power Exercise

Quite a while ago I watched this TED talk by Amy Cuddy. In this talk she talks about her research as a social psychologist on the power of bodylanguage. How it makes us perceive others and ourselves. She proposes to exercise power positions (confident bodylanguage) for 2 minutes a day. That can change the way we act and feel and turn insecurity into confidence.

I like this simple tool for empowering ourselves and I thought of a playful way to do this myself. Especially because I think it is time to expand my comfort-zone – into contact-zone with audiences– a bit more.
